Für unsere Zentrale in Köln suchen wir einen(Senior) Group Controller - Beteiligungscontrolling (m/w/d).
Stellenbeschreibung
- Im Team des zentralen Beteiligungscontrolling bist Du das Bindeglied zwischen dem übergreifenden Finanzbereich der Ströer Gruppe und den von Dir betreuten Beteiligungen
- Du begleitest die Financial Reporting Prozesse für die von Dir betreuten Beteiligungen im Monatsabschluss, Forecast und Budget (u. a. Durchführung von Abstimmungen und Prüfung von Datenqualität)
- Du führst kaufmännische Analysen, Soll-/Ist-Abweichungen und Plausibilitätsprüfungen durch
- Du bearbeitest Ad-Hoc Anfragen und bereitest die Ergebnisse für den Vorstand auf
- Du identifizierst Handlungsfelder und bringst entsprechende Impulse für Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des nachhaltigen Erfolgs der Ströer Gruppe mit ein
Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt zwei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im (Beteiligungs-)Controlling oder in der Unternehmensberatung
- Du besitzt fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint; Kenntnisse in SAP und in Tagetik sind von Vorteil
- Du hast Spaß daran, Dir über (Detail-)Analysen einen Überblick zu verschaffen und besitzt die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an zielorientierter selbständiger Denk- und Vorgehensweise und überzeugst durch hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveränes Auftreten; gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
