The opportunity

The Product Manager role will lead the Marketing efforts of assigned Brand Products within the Psychiatry/Neurology category. The Product Manager will successfully lead and motivate the Brand Team to ensure execution and plans monitoring. This person will also be responsible to achieve results including: tactical & strategy plan development, tools/material development, execution and budgeting.

How you’ll spend your day

Develop focused strategic and tactical plans for the assigned brand, including monitoring of assigned specialty brand performance based on understanding of the speciality pharmaceutical market with a particular focus within the Psychiatry/Neurology field
In conjunction with the Associate Director, lead and support the brand team in the implementation of annual operating plan for the product and communicate Marketing strategies to those who are responsible for its implementation (i.e. Medical, Medical Education, Training, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, MSLs, KAMs)
Build relationships and working closely with Sales Management, PSP and Market Research to drive results
Work with Legal, Medical, Regulatory and Compliance to get promotional materials, programs, and training initiatives reviewed and approved
Oversee agency partners’ activities to ensure timely and optimal delivery execution of the tactics and programs
Build relationships with opinion leaders and global/US colleagues
Serve as marketing liaison to the Sales team and Sales Training at Plan of Action Meetings and at Marketing Advisory Board and Sales and Marketing Touchpoints
Analyze product performance and inventory management of the marketed product
Maintain full compliance to Teva Code of Conduct and compliance guidelines

Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science or other relevant degree; or combined education and work experience; Masters or MBA preferred
5 + years of pharmaceutical experience in product management. Previous experience in specialty pharmaceutical an asset.
Experience in or knowledge of Patient Support Program management an asset
Experience within the Psych/Neurology field an asset
Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and medical processes required
Ability to develop consistent, well-supported, competitive tactics. Proven project management and analytical abilities
Strong collaborative spirit and a team-oriented attitude are highly desired
Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills required
Budget/Financial management experience
Bilingualism (French & English) oral and written
Occasional yearly travel within North America
