Are you an experienced and motivated Project Engineer looking for a thrilling opportunity to manage deep utilities projects in the lively Greater Toronto Area (GTA)? With a strong background in managing and estimating the construction of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems, you are the perfect candidate for this exciting role.

As the Project Manager/Estimator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for each project
• Ensure all projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and on-site personnel
• Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project status
• Manage and maintain project documentation and records


To be considered for this thrilling opportunity, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating for deep utilities projects • Experience with underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems • A strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and equipment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to construction
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
