The Data Entry Clerk ensures data accuracy and integrity, providing timely information access to support other departments.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry: Inputting various types of data into Quickbooks Online (QBO), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality; including but not limited to Invoices, Expenses, Sales Receipts.Data Verification: Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting any inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.Documentation: Organizing and filing documents, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure records are easily accessible and properly stored.Quality Control: Conducting regular checks to ensure data quality and consistency, reporting any issues to the supervisor.Job Type: Full-time
