About the job:

12 Month Engineering Student Co-Op

Hours 7:30 - 4:00 pm

Wage $24.00

Working at our Woodbridge, ON Pipe manufacturing Plant, the engineering co-op allows students exposure to all aspects of process engineering and plant operations.

  1. Work closely Maintenance Superintendent, Operations Manager and Process Engineer on various design and operation improvement projects
  2. Perform theoretical analysis on various production scenarios
  3. Provide recommendations to the creation and approval of SOP's
  4. Provide recommendations on state-of-the-art extrusion and automation technology based on own research
  5. Participate on Cross functional continuous improvement teams
  6. Product plant layouts, tooling drawings and critical spare part drawings through reverse engineering
  7. Enter plant maintenance data to computerize maintenance Management Software MP2
