Devenez spécialiste de nos produits, où votre expertise et votre passion pour le service à la clientèle permettront de guider nos clients vers les meilleurs choix de produits. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de la clientèle Rona et la réalisation de nos objectifs de vente, tout en évoluant dans un environnement où votre esprit analytique sera valorisé.
Votre rôle :- Servir d'expert en magasin en fournissant des renseignements sur les produits à la clientèle et aux autres associés de RONA
- Mener des activités de vente, notamment promouvoir et recommander des produits, des plans ou des services d'installation qui répondent aux besoins de la clientèle
- Veiller à ce que les étagères soient bien garnies et correctement présentées
- Préparer le circulaire hebdomadaire
- Effectuer des tâches de gestion des commandes, comme l’entrée de nouvelles commandes pour la clientèle, la communication avec les fournisseurs dans les cas de commandes spéciales, le suivi et l’exécution des commandes, et la résolution des problèmes
- Veiller à la satisfaction de la clientèle en effectuant un suivi des commandes passées et en aidant la clientèle à trouver, à choisir, à transporter et à charger de la marchandise
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
- Expérience dans une poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Solides compétences analytiques
- Expérience en quincaillerie : un fort atout
