Responsibilities

  • Financial audit and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes
  • Assess situations and recommend a course of action
  • Perform operational, process, and financial reviews
  • Identify risks and find solutions to mitigate risks and improve controls
  • Participate in acquisitions, fraud investigations, improvement teams, external audits, etc.
  • Review and analyze large amounts of data and make recommendations pertaining to internal controls, cash flow, information security, health and safety, operational effectiveness, efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

  • 3 + years of audit experience
  • Public accounting experience is a great asset
  • CIA and CPA enrollment or designation required
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and communication skills
