Old Toronto, Canada Maple Full time

Founded in 2015, Maple is a fast-growing health tech company with a vision to power the future of healthcare by building a connected and superior experience for patients, doctors, and other types of health providers.

We offer virtual care services across multiple distribution channels, including Direct-to-Consumer ("B2C"), Employers and Private Insurers ("B2B") and Public Sector Institutions ("B2I"). With a growing network of 2,000+ healthcare providers and nearly 4 million Canadians with access to our services, Maple is one of Canada’s fastest-growing virtual care companies.

We have established an entrepreneurial culture centered around our purpose to support people’s health and well-being and to strengthen the healthcare system. We attribute our success to our team, who has helped us achieve numerous noteworthy awards including: LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups, Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, Globe & Mail's Top Growing Companies in Canada, North America’s Inspiring Workplaces, and Glory Professional’s The Power 50: Canada’s Most Impactful Companies.

THE POSITION

In support of a high-growth mandate, we’re hiring for the position of Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive predictable and scalable B2B and B2I revenue by optimizing our systems, data, and processes integral to our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Our B2B and B2I clients offer Maple’s virtual care services as health and wellness benefits for their patients/employees. With thousands of clients and partners, including some of Canada’s largest brands, and millions of covered patients, this is a unique opportunity to significantly impact the future of healthcare delivery.

In this newly created role, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing Maple’s revenue-related processes. You’ll be responsible for aligning various teams, including sales, marketing, and client success, to drive revenue growth through data insights and strategic planning. You will identify revenue opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and oversee systems and data administration to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.

Critical to success in this role will be your ability to quickly grasp business and financial concepts, seamlessly aligning revenue operations decisions with broader business objectives. Your mastery of CRMs, and data analytics tools will be instrumental in streamlining processes and elevating productivity, all while efficiently navigating complexity. With a focus on operational excellence, you will uphold impeccable standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and quality, propelling us toward our goals. Fueled by a passion for results, you will maintain an unwavering focus on business growth and delivering tangible outcomes. As a collaborative leader, you will inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability while effective stakeholder management will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels across the organization.

 12 – 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES

To realize the company’s B2B growth mandate, within the first 90 days, your focus will be on immersing yourself in Maple’s Revenue Operations landscape. You'll familiarize yourself with our existing systems, data architecture, and processes, conducting a comprehensive assessment to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including revenue leaders and department heads, you will gather insights and feedback to inform the development and delivery of a strategic Revenue Operations roadmap. Additionally, you'll establish an initial reporting cadence for B2B forecasting and sales planning, laying the foundation for data-driven decision-making and enhanced revenue predictability.

In the following 12 to 18 months, your focus will be on executing the strategic initiatives outlined in the Revenue Operations roadmap. You will lead the implementation of streamlined processes across the client lifecycle, optimizing sales, marketing, and client success workflows to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. Simultaneously, you’ll assume responsibility for managing and refining our Revenue Operations tech stack, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with our business objectives. Success will be measured by the tangible outcomes of these efforts, including enhanced revenue forecasting accuracy, increased revenue generation and sales pipeline velocity, and improved sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
