Job Responsibilities
This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible to diagnose and repair all used and new turf and compact construction equipment by completing the following:
- Inspect and test equipment, diagnosing faults and malfunctions
- Repair and replace mechanical units, test and adjust units to specifications
- Perform scheduled maintenance service
- Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Deliver excellent customer service and work well in a team environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Small engine licenseor experience with Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Equipment or Automotive and Truck service would be an asset
- Strong electrical and hydraulic systemknowledge required
- Ability to utilize and learn new technology
- Computer literate – internet, diagnostic programs/computers, etc.
- Valid drivers license
- Adherence to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Flexible to work schedule and extended hours
