Job Description:

Chief Finance and Administration Officer at iGaming Ontario. This position is open to job seekers with a Bachelor Degree.

Job Responsibilities:

The Chief Finance and Administration Officer will provide vision and strategic leadership to iGaming Ontario's finance, enterprise risk, internal audit, facilities, and procurement functions. The incumbent will champion iGaming Ontario's strategic plan, driving results, optimizing revenue and resources, and ensuring programs and services continue to meet business needs.

As a dynamic, innovative leader, you will build a divisional management team and collaborate with senior leadership to provide exceptional client services. The Chief Finance and Administration Officer acts as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including the Ministry of the Attorney General, gaming operators, and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Senior Leadership: related work experience in a senior leadership role, with experience advising and influencing colleagues, thinking innovatively and creatively.
  • Relationship Management: exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; knowledge of the lottery and gaming industry is preferred.
  • Regulatory Compliance: experience with regulatory and compliance issues specific to the gaming industry.
  • Education: Degree in business administration or a related field; Certified Professional Accountant designation desired.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada and will be subject to a criminal background check. This position currently offers a hybrid work location with a minimum three-day per week in-office schedule.
