Duration: Until March 2025

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Bilingual Analyst - Spanish, Banking to provide support to the Strategic Initiatives team by ensuring data integrity and data quality in collaboration with Banking and Credit officers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada and gain insights on project management at a large scale impacting over 15 countries.

Typical Day in Role:

  1. Review and update credit data in the system of record to ensure alignment with the authorized business transactions.
  2. Support data backfill exercises to capture new digitized capabilities.
  3. Coordinate data repairs and complete required testing.
  4. Respond to end user escalations and coordinate with Technology for investigations.
  5. Prepare and execute Business Acceptance Testing for new features.
  6. Additional ad hoc responsibilities/tasks as assigned by management.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Demonstrates understanding of the financial services industry.
  2. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications of standard software packages - Microsoft Office.
  3. 100% bilingual - Spanish/English.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  1. Experience in the Banking industry.
  2. Familiarity with financial/Banking concepts.

Soft Skills Required:

  1. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Good organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform multiple priorities while maintaining high quality work.
  3. Solid time management skills.
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual Spanish preferred).

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
