We value teamwork, professionalism, and respect, ensuring both residents and staff thrive.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.QualificationsValid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)Current CPR/First Aide CertificationPrevious experience in long-term care or a related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careBenefitsFlexible Schedule - Choose the vacant shifts you are available to work.Paid time off and holiday pay.Salary: $32.84 per hour.
