Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

Job Description
  • Actively manage day-to-day production on integrated campaigns and resourcing of studio team
  • Work alongside producers, creative, media and Account teams
  • Clearly communicate all needs from Account teams to the studio team
  • Communicate daily with internal teams to track and maintain deliverables
  • Develop and maintain timelines and budgets
  • Timely spreadsheet-based reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Traffic and manage on-spec asset delivery to internal teams and vendors
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with internal team members, vendors and freelancers
  • Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership

*Please note this position is a 15 month contract*

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in a production or project management role
  • Must have a strong background in managing digital ad campaigns
  • Experience with print, video and/or XM production is considered an asset
  • Auto and/or retail advertising experience is considered an asset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly against shifting objectives, priorities and/or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Balanced ability to analyze creative challenges
  • Skillful approach to vendor negotiation
  • A positive, calm and organized approach to problem-solving in tandem with team members
