JOB SUMMARY
As the HRIS System Administrator, you play a critical role in our Human Resources department, responsible for the efficient management and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Your primary objective is to ensure that our HRIS operates smoothly, meeting the needs of our HR team and the entire organization. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to support HR data management, reporting, and analysis.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Ensure cleanliness of working area
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas

Technical/Function (if applicable)

**HRIS Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.
- Stay current with system updates and advancements, implementing new features to enhance HR processes.

**Data Integrity**:

- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS, implementing data quality controls and regular audits.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and take corrective actions.

**System Security**:

- Ensure data security and privacy compliance, including user access control and data encryption.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures.

**Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize and streamline HR processes through the HRIS.
- Recommend system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Internal/External Customer Service

**User Support**:

- Provide support to HR staff and other system users, including training on system usage and troubleshooting issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries and concerns.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate custom reports and dashboards for HR and senior management to aid decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

**Vendor Relations**:

- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, ensuring service levels and support agreements are met.
- Coordinate system upgrades and enhancements with vendors.

Administration

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and configurations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g.,CHRP, CHRL) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as an HRIS System Administrator or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and software (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle).

SKILLS
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and compliance.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
