We are searching for part-time Physiotherapists to join a unique and growing home physiotherapy team at $95-135/hour.
We are In-home Therapeutics, a fully-mobile, innovative in-home physiotherapy service specializing in providing high-quality physiotherapy care in the comfort of patients' homes. We have put together a team of physiotherapists across Ontario who are dedicated to eliminating the healthcare gap in their communities, while experiencing the unique and exciting culture of an evolving team. - We provide specialized mobile care: We are a 100% mobile clinic. This allows us to fully specialize in mobile and home-based physiotherapy, including the latest mobile equipment, technology, and research.
- We provide patient-centered care: Appointments are one-hour long and spent 1-on-1 with a registered physiotherapist.
- We prioritize work-life balance: We are committed to supporting the health and well-being of our physiotherapists, while helping them reach their goals within our team. We encourage our physiotherapists to take on as few or as many patients as they are comfortable with, giving them the flexibility to manage their workload and schedule according to their needs.
As a physiotherapist on our team, you can choose your exact service area and have the flexibility to adjust your availability from week to week, allowing you to take on more or less patients based on your preference. This part-time contract position is perfect for physiotherapists who are looking to earn extra income and experience the benefits of being self-employed without dealing with the hassle of administration, billing, and advertising. We provide all of these services, as well as an EMR charting program, associated fees, and booking services, allowing you to focus solely on providing quality care to your patients.
Our competitive pay rate of $95-135/hour puts the focus on quality of care over quantity of patients. Opportunities for physiotherapy residencies and full-time contractors are also available.

Job description:
Type of job: part-time (5-10+ hours/week), contract
Schedule: determined by you, unlimited days off/holidays
Service area: Kingston
Responsibilities:
- Examine and treat patients according to established guidelines.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatments.
- Provide long-term care for patients with chronic conditions.
- Handle sensitive information about patients confidentially.
- Develop therapeutic exercise programs for patients on the basis of clinical evaluation and examination.
- Manage their schedule and caseload independently.
In-home Therapeutics treats a wide variety of patients. Therefore, physiotherapists need to possess proficiency and comfort in managing patients who exhibit various core aspects of physiotherapy, which encompass neurology, musculoskeletal conditions, as well as basic multi-system ailments like cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
We provide:
- Administration services
- Booking
- Billing and bookkeeping
- EMR charting program and associated fees
- Advertising
Health provider can choose:
- How many hours they work/ the number of patients they take on
- Their own availability and time off
- The locations they are willing to travel to (a personal travel radius)
Applicant requirements:
- Must be registered and in good standing with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Must have your own car and valid driver's license.
