About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd in Kingston, Ontario. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
  • Monitor patient progress and enhance patient care through effective communication and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Utilize echarting software to document patient information and manage a caseload efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skills development to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in physiotherapy.
  • Network to promote PT programs and services within the community.
Requirements
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
