Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Support Services Analyst. This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB.

The Support Services Analyst (Pharmacy) will provide superior support in a timely, efficient manner by troubleshooting and documenting all incoming calls. The successful candidate will actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment supporting team members to achieve goals. You will be responsible for supporting pharmacy processes and applications for Sobeys National Pharmacy Group in-store pharmacies on a national level. All incidents will require tracking through to resolution and follow up to ensure excellence in customer service.

As a Support Services Analyst with Sobeys, you will:

  • Ability to respond to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to work in a team setting.
  • Pharmacy dispensing experience.

  • Experience working with Kroll pharmacy application.
  • Dispensing application support.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, operating systems and networking.
  • Experience working with external vendors regarding hardware and software problems.
  • Experience dealing with customers and processes in a helpdesk environment.
