- Oversee the quality program for 2 engineered-to-order manufacturing sites

- Advise management on quality matters and lead quality improvements, connecting the relevant quality programs and methods ( 8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement)
- Monitor production and identify root causes of defects
- Connect the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement
- Manage the Quality Management System (IMS) of the entity
- Engage employees at all levels to gather feedback on business systems
- Animate the extended US Services network to provide quality trainings and support
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Advanced knowledge of quality management principles
- Experience improving manufacturing systems and processes
- Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Skilled at implementing operational techniques like Lean and Six Sigma and quality fundamentals like PFMEA, IMS, and ISO
