Position Overview:

At WEINS Auto Group, the Campaign Manager role is your chance to manage digital marketing strategies, shape customer experiences, and implement innovative tactics across our dealerships. You'll work with leading automotive brands and take ownership of high-visibility campaigns that have a real business impact.

As part of the 10-person marketing team, you'll have the full support of our Website Team and Social Media Team, helping you build and execute comprehensive campaigns. You’ll work alongside two other managers (Website and Social Media), and all three will report directly to the Marketing Manager, ensuring a collaborative approach to marketing execution.

You’ll supervise and inspire a team of Digital Marketing Coordinators while enjoying significant autonomy. You will partner with General Managers, Department Heads, and the Marketing Manager to create and execute cutting-edge strategies that enhance online performance and increase lead generation. You’ll also have the creative freedom to explore emerging technologies and new marketing channels, ensuring WEINS Auto Group stays at the forefront of automotive marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinators, ensuring they are empowered and equipped to excel. Collaborate closely with the Website Team and Social Media Team to integrate campaigns across platforms. Delegate tasks effectively to deliver on key campaigns and events.
  • Six-Figure Budget Management:
    You will have the opportunity to oversee and optimize high-value advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and maximizing ROI across divisions.
  • Lead and Traffic Generation:
    Drive lead generation across various channels, including paid search (SEM), SEO, targeted display ads, and email marketing. Experiment with new and emerging digital platforms to test innovative strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Vendor and Partnership Management:
    Manage relationships with advertising vendors, ensuring campaigns deliver top performance. Collaborate with partners to leverage new tools and trends.
  • Autonomy in Campaign Management:
    You will be the primary point of contact for campaign requests from General Managers, coordinating the creation of all necessary assets (e.g., landing pages, videos, social posts) in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Reporting and Insights:
    Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns. Suggest data-driven improvements to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Database & Audience Management:
    Take charge of CRM and digital advertising audiences to ensure precise targeting, boosting the relevance and performance of every campaign.
  • Program and Service Offer Updates:
    Ensure timely updates for dealer websites, implementing factory programs, rates, and service specials. Maintain up-to-date, high-impact promotional content across all digital properties.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Expertise:
    Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven:
    Proven experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM databases. Certifications in Google Analytics or AdWords are a plus.
  • Project Management Master:
    Ability to lead multiple projects, delegate tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Exceptional Communicator:
    You have strong presentation and writing skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
