As a Campaign Manager, you will lead transformative marketing efforts that drive the future of our dealerships. You will work with leading automotive brands and take ownership of high-visibility campaigns that have a real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinators, ensuring they are empowered and equipped to excel.
- Six-Figure Budget Management: You will have the opportunity to oversee and optimize high-value advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and maximizing ROI across divisions.
- Lead and Traffic Generation: Drive lead generation across various channels, including paid search (SEM), SEO, targeted display ads, and email marketing.
- Vendor and Partnership Management: Manage relationships with advertising vendors, ensuring campaigns deliver top performance.
- Autonomy in Campaign Management: You will be the primary point of contact for campaign requests from General Managers, coordinating the creation of all necessary assets.
- Strategic Reporting and Insights: Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Database & Audience Management: Take charge of CRM and digital advertising audiences to ensure precise targeting.
Qualifications:
- Marketing Expertise: Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms.
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Proven experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM databases.
- Project Management Master: Ability to lead multiple projects, delegate tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Exceptional Communicator: You have strong presentation and writing skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
