Programming and Integration Project Manager- Our client based in central Alberta, designs, and manufactures electrical components for OEM’s in the RV, marine industries, specialty vehicle and heavy equipment industries is seeking a Programming and Integration Project Manager to join their growing team
In this role you will meet customer’s needs by managing projects and integrations of specific solutions including includes a broad line of touchscreen and keypad user interfaces, electronics control modules and panels, power distribution systems and several sensor technologies.

Responsibilities
- Effectively and assertively handle communication and virtual / in-person meetings with customers
- Accurately assess the scope of a project, including all client requirements, and develop project proposals, tasks, and schedules
- Organize, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously between several customers and teammates
- Track ongoing project progress and ensure that projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversee and manage programming team and staff resources. Delegate and prioritize the workload appropriately based on skills and expertise
- Consistently and effectively test, troubleshoot and identify programming bugs
- Identify problems, propose and implement suitable solutions and maintain documentation
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, taking initiative, implementing new structures and processes
- Effectively communicate project status to clients and key project participants
- Be willing and able to travel in Canada and the US on flexible work hours
- Position may also include other related projects, or other tasks as required
- Effectively lead a team of 6+ Programmers
Requirements:
- Legally entitled to live and work in Canada, travel to the US
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
- Strong interpersonal, mentorship, and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Independently motivated, and works well in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Maintain professionalism in the workplace, remains composed under pressure while meeting deadlines, maintaining regular schedule with occasional extended hours
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Aptitude and interest in graphic design
