Technology Architect

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will be instrumental in developing and managing the technical architecture for various applications across a large, distributed, and cross-platform environment
This role involves close collaboration with system operations and development teams to understand existing data structures and design new APIs and technical schemas
Your expertise will guide the transition of data and system functionalities from on-premises systems to cloud-based environments, primarily using Azure technologies
This position requires a seasoned professional who can develop baseline architectures, create API and integration models, and perform data mapping from database fields to APIs
You will lead the delivery and design of architecture in collaboration with project implementation activities, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient system designs
The role demands hands-on experience with various database systems, API schema specifications, and Azure technologies such as Synapse, ADF, and Databricks
Senior Technology Architect - Mandatory Skills
Extensive experience developing baseline architectures, API and integration models, and data mapping from database fields to APIs
In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of Azure technologies, including Synapse, ADF, and Databricks
Proven ability to lead architecture delivery and design in collaboration with project implementation teams
Strong experience in building API schemas and specifications, mapping them to database fields and requirements
Expertise in data design for data products provided through APIs, ETL design for delta extracts, and business/information architecture
Senior Technology Architect- Preferred Skills
Previous experience in the Public Sector is considered an asset, providing valuable insights into governmental project requirements and standards
