This teammate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics and all APL owned applications and its environments.
  • Write and create reports and extract as needed using, Oracle Accounting reporting suite, Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle BI Cloud Analytics.
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
  • Support Oracle EPM cloud applications functionality - ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS and PCMCS based on requirements.
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization for Oracle Cloud, LS Retail, Microsoft Dynamics and all APL owned applications and their environments.
  • Leading training sessions and workshops on system processes as required.
  • Keep current on OCI technologies, especially the Oracle database.
  • Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Magento2-related issues.
  • Knowledge of PHP & MySQL, CSS, HTML, Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and web marketing tools and techniques
  • Conversant with Inventory and Warehouse Management functions.
  • Able to interact with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Process Owners and other IT stakeholders across geographies to understand and analyze existing (As-Is) processes and design To-Be process flows per business requirements.
  • Oversees the seamless operation of critical IT infrastructure components, including operating systems, security tools, servers, and more.
  • Manage the security and integrity of data and IT systems. Educating staff on good working practices.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including security and patch updates.
  • Play a vital role in the vulnerability program, keeping software up to date per business policies.
  • Conducts regular reviews of systems and generates reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Participate in projects as needed.
  • Provide Level 1.5 and Level 2 support.
  • Occasionally provide support after hours and/or weekends.

We are looking for a teammate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience with Oracle and Databases.
  • Minimum 5+ years network and system administration experience
  • 5 years' experience implementing, configuring, and managing systems (Oracle Cloud, LS Retail, MSSQL).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with key business stakeholders, internal team members and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases. (PL-SQL, MS-SQL)
  • Knowledge of Magento 2.0
  • Ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge on POS system and Application (LS Retail, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, schedule and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Working individually and within a team, in a dynamic, fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Exchange 2010, and O365 administration and management
  • MS SQL administration and management
  • Ability to Maintain focus and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with other internal or external stakeholders
