Overview:Yorktown Search Partners, a premier executive search firm, is currently leading a confidential search for a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of Southern Ontario's leading automotive service chains. This client, an established brand in the tire and auto service industry, is seeking a leader to strategically steer the company through its next growth phase.

Job Description: The CEO will play a critical role in developing and implementing long-term strategies, driving operational excellence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This individual will be instrumental in enhancing the company's market position, fostering an innovative culture, and leading the organization towards achieving its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to facilitate company growth.
  • Oversee the company's operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and customers.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
  • Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics in all business practices.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and external business activities.
Qualifications:
  • Significant leadership experience in a CEO or similar role, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
