This exposure provides valuable opportunities to enhance your technical, leadership, and industry-specific skills.

By joining Glencore, you will be part of a dynamic, innovative environment that encourages continuous learning and collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to global projects, making a tangible impact on the company’s global procurement and supplier risk management framework, while also expanding your expertise within a multinational corporation.

More specifically, you will:

Overall

  • Support internal and external audits, leading system enhancements, and providing global training and support for stakeholders.
  • Manage system integrations, lead significant project management efforts, and work with third-party vendors like Boomi, PowerBI, and SAP.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Middleware Lead, Metals, Minerals, and Coal Compliance teams, ERP support, and third-party service providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Change Management
  • Guide the implementation of changes within the Coupa Risk Assess platform.
  • Effectively engage with global and regional stakeholders, including procurement, compliance, IT, and legal teams, to communicate system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Identify potential risks associated with new Coupa features or system upgrades, proactively analyzing and mitigating them to minimize disruption to ongoing business processes.
Documentation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Coupa Risk Assess platform, including user manuals, system configuration details, and integration workflows.
  • Develop and update SOPs related to Coupa Risk Assess processes, ensuring that best practices are documented and easily accessible by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver training materials for both technical and non-technical users.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with procurement, compliance, and IT teams to ensure the Coupa Risk Assess platform meets organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Act as technical point of contact for any system-related inquiries or escalations.
  • Lead efforts to enhance user engagement and system adoption by organizing training sessions, providing ongoing technical support, and encouraging feedback.
  • Regularly communicate and report the performance, updates, and changes of the Coupa Risk Assess platform to senior management and stakeholders.
Configuration & System Integration
  • Configure the Coupa Risk Assess platform in line with global standards and regional business needs, ensuring seamless integration with SAP, Mincom Ellipse, and other ERP systems.
  • Develop workflows and configure screening programs such as Know Your Counterparty (KYC) and Road Transportation Safety screening programs to meet compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with supplier management standards, including Responsible Sourcing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system configurations.
Testing and Implementation:
  • Manage the testing of new features and enhancements in Coupa Risk Assess, ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of system integrations with external services.
  • Facilitate the hyper-care phase after system launches or upgrades, ensuring all users receive the necessary support during system transitions.
Training and User Support:
  • Develop and deliver training materials for stakeholders on the use of Coupa Risk Assess.
  • Provide technical support to regional procurement and compliance teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all Coupa Risk Assess-related inquiries.

  • Monitor performance and usage of the Coupa Risk Assess module and identify process improvement.
  • Continuously update system-level compliance controls and work closely with compliance teams to adapt the platform to evolving requirements.
Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments, ideally managing system configurations and procurement processes.

  • Strong experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA or Mincom Ellipse) and third-party systems (Boomi, PowerBI, ServiceNow).
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and global procurement projects, including system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and support. Experience leading projects across various highly regulated sectors such as banking, aerospace or mining industries.
  • Experience utilizing Coupa Risk Assess for third-party risk management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, supplier onboarding, and Know Your Counterparty (KYC) processes.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in training stakeholders on Coupa systems, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolving system issues. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate training sessions globally.
  • Expertise in analyzing system gaps, performing troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to procurement.
Key Competencies

  • Ability to clearly convey technical information and training to non-technical audiences.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, compliance, ERP, and external vendors.
  • Lead projects independently and manage key stakeholders effectively in a global environment.
