The Opportunity – Your Mission:

This is a direct residential sales opportunity representing TELUS, one of Canada's largest telecommunication corporations.

Working with our experienced Field Managers, you will be proactively selling TELUS products and services to residential customers through direct sales and marketing initiatives.

What the role would entail:

  • Effective Communication: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage customers at a profound level.
  • Masterful Sales Techniques: Craft persuasive pitches and engage customers through door-to-door interactions and special events.
  • Problem Resolution Expertise: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct thorough follow-up.
  • Solutions Architecture: Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions that leave lasting impressions.
  • Database Management: Maintain our customer service database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with orders and diligently follow up on previous transactions.
  • Customer Care: Act as the friendly face that answers inquiries and transforms challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
