Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of hospitality?Our client, a leader in the creation of custom case goods and seating for extraordinary hospitality experiences is seeking an Intermediate accountant to join their vibrant and forward-thinking team

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data and variance explanations.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget variances and provide analysis as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including income tax and sales tax.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during financial audits.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Minimum of 5 years expereince in related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Minimum of 2 years project accounting expereince.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with partial payments and invoices.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and Google Suites.
