Due to the implementation of a new HRIS, we have a fantastic 12-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced people advisor to join our passionate and high performing people team.
Supporting the wider team and Business Partners, this is a true generalist role where you will be involved in day-to-day HR and ER support whilst also leading and delivering on People and Capability strategic projects and initiatives.
Here is what you could be involved with on any given day:
- Delivering effective and reliable core People functions including talent management, performance and development planning, supporting cyclical activity such as remuneration and annual reviews, and driving engagement plans
- Providing insightful reporting on People metrics and using data to drive business improvement
- Contributing to, developing, and delivering on a People strategy aligned to the business needs and company plan
- Providing support to business leaders and Business Partners with ER cases
- Providing employment relations expertise, including keeping abreast of relevant legislation
- Supporting talent management and succession objectives
- Running the People calendar and our trackers
- Developing and contributing to a range of people solutions/projects that meet the changing needs of the business
We're looking for someone who loves building relationships and getting meaningful work done. In this role you will bring:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with and negotiate with a broad range of people
- The ability to deliver a range of initiatives and 'get things over the line'
- A strong focus on improving things for the future
- The ability to flex between advisory and project work
If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Coordinator role
- Experience with ER
- Experience working cross functionally and delivering projects
- In depth Knowledge of end-to-end employee life-cycle
