Due to the implementation of a new HRIS, we have a fantastic 12-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced people advisor to join our passionate and high performing people team.

Supporting the wider team and Business Partners, this is a true generalist role where you will be involved in day-to-day HR and ER support whilst also leading and delivering on People and Capability strategic projects and initiatives.

Here is what you could be involved with on any given day:

  • Delivering effective and reliable core People functions including talent management, performance and development planning, supporting cyclical activity such as remuneration and annual reviews, and driving engagement plans
  • Providing insightful reporting on People metrics and using data to drive business improvement
  • Contributing to, developing, and delivering on a People strategy aligned to the business needs and company plan
  • Providing support to business leaders and Business Partners with ER cases
  • Providing employment relations expertise, including keeping abreast of relevant legislation
  • Supporting talent management and succession objectives
  • Running the People calendar and our trackers
  • Developing and contributing to a range of people solutions/projects that meet the changing needs of the business

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with and negotiate with a broad range of people
  • The ability to deliver a range of initiatives and 'get things over the line'
  • A strong focus on improving things for the future
  • The ability to flex between advisory and project work

If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Coordinator role
  • Experience with ER
  • Experience working cross functionally and delivering projects
  • In depth Knowledge of end-to-end employee life-cycle
