Performance Marketing Strategist

Expansion always. In all ways. The Performance Strategist will play a key role in executing paid media campaigns for all clients. They will work with the clients to improve paid media processes and execution. They will develop and launch go-to-market paid media programs for all accounts and support ongoing reporting, ensuring optimizations are made to improve results.

Client Success & Account Growth (30%)
  1. Consult and work closely with clients to define their performance goals to achieve their business results.
  2. Ensure client goals are met on a monthly basis and work with account managers to pitch new strategies and business.
  3. Support account management and account directors in pitches and new business opportunities.
  4. Be the face of the agency at events and on social media for everything performance marketing. Film videos, teach in workshops, and own the agency’s growth marketing templates.
Performance Marketing (50%)
  1. Work closely with our creative team and paid strategists in creating and optimizing campaigns across a range of paid ad platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and tactics (Search, Display, Video, Re-targeting, ABM, etc.).
  2. Analyze paid campaigns' performance, report on results and ROI, rapidly iterate on findings, and identify opportunities for growth and potential blockers on performance.
  3. Optimize paid campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, competitor analysis, keyword research, creative optimizations, and trend insights to improve success metrics and maximize investment effectiveness.
  4. Research and understand the industry and buyer personas; be able to guide the creation of compelling and original ads on an ongoing basis, with the support of our creative team.
  5. Identify, and support with testing new and emerging ad platforms and tactics to expand reach and increase efficiencies.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams (e.g., content, creative, communications, campaign, and/or product marketing) for paid media programs as needed.
  7. Oversee lead management (e.g., scoring, routing, and data accuracy) and understand paid media lead/prospect flow within clients’ marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Hubspot) and CRMs.
  8. Project management of integrated paid media campaigns including developing timelines and executing paid media deliverables.
  9. Ensure effective and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management (20%)
  1. Partner closely with the Marketing Team Lead to drive standard methodologies, identify testing opportunities, and develop roadmaps.
  2. Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality advertising and video content that performs.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience leading performance in an agency setting.
  2. A Produktiv Champion: eager to represent the agency, advocate for the team, and push yourself and others to surpass our goals.
  3. Highly effective communicator both written and verbally.
  4. Expert-level understanding of advertising reporting best practices and data analysis.
  5. Experience successfully leading large and diverse teams.
  6. Passionate about providing mentorship and constructive feedback that is both direct and empathetic.
  7. Comfortable translating complex concepts into accessible presentations, and pitching in a professional and engaging fashion.
  8. Proven excellence at overseeing a variety of initiatives with many moving parts from creative idea to final execution and analysis.
  9. Confident, polished, adaptive. Unafraid to offer contrary opinions and speak their mind.
