Chef de service, Gestion de programmesDans votre rôle idéal, vous allez
  • Gérer la planification stratégique, les reportages, la gouvernance, l'organisation, la gestion des affaires, la direction, le contrôle et le leadership pour toutes les phases du programme, du développement aux livraisons des produits à nos clients;
  • Diriger l'intégration et l'harmonisation de tous les aspects du programme, y compris les exigences et les objectifs du programme en matière de technique, d'exploitation, de fournisseurs, de gestion des options, de personnalisation des aéronefs et de performance en service;
  • Diriger l'intégration et l'harmonisation des plans d'affaires du programme, des calendriers / jalons du programme et de la gestion des risques, en veillant à ce que l'alignement et les produits livrables soutiennent les objectifs du programme, les engagements et les exigences et fournissent une visibilité aux équipes, aux fonctions, aux fournisseurs et à la direction;
  • Participer aux revues des programmes, des clients, du marketing et des fournisseurs en apportant soutien et visibilité aux équipes, aux fournisseurs, aux clients et à la direction;
  • Gérer les clients, les risques et les problèmes du marché en réagissant avec le niveau approprié de planification et d'action pour garantir le respect de tous les engagements du programme;
  • Contribuer à la préparation du plan de produit annuel pour définir les objectifs stratégiques et développer des initiatives spécifiques à l'appui de ces objectifs;
  • Diriger la mise en œuvre dans les domaines de la gestion des changements de produits, de la gestion des options d'aéronefs, des maquettes, des simulateurs et de la formation, de la gestion de la valeur acquise, des objectifs de performance et de fiabilité, selon les besoins.
En tant que notre candidat idéal
  • Vous avez dix (10) ans d'expérience en gestion de programmes et d'organisation dans le secteur de l'aviation ou dans un secteur connexe;
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en commerce, en ingénierie ou dans une discipline connexe.
  • Vous avez une connaissance avancée de l'ordonnancement des programmes / projets ainsi que de la gestion du changement des activités et des produits;
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en leadership avec une capacité à mobiliser et à favoriser un environnement de travail d'équipe;
  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des responsabilités fonctionnelles et des processus internes des groupes soutenant le développement de nouveaux programmes et des processus d'affaires;
  • Vous avez une connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office, ainsi que des bases de données et des applications des systèmes PLM et ERP;
  • Vous êtes proactif, orienté vers les résultats et innovant dans une optique d'amélioration des activités;
  • Vous avez de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication avec la capacité d'influencer et de construire un consensus sans autorité formelle;
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante ainsi qu'en équipe dans un environnement au rythme rapide, avec une capacité à hiérarchiser simultanément plusieurs missions de travail personnelles et au niveau du programme afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance;
  • Vous êtes capable de communiquer en anglais et en français (écrit et oral).
