Human Resources Advisor

- Developing and implementing the recruitment strategy.
- Developing, coordinating, leading, and supervising all HR initiatives, including recruitment, internal communications, employee appreciation programs, training, skill development, health, safety, and well-being at work.
- Providing advice to management on human resources management.
- Proposing and developing policies and procedures in human resources management.
- Onboarding employees.
- Developing strategies, procedures, and tools to promote organizational health and strengthen the employer brand.
- Performing any other related tasks.
Salary: Commensurate with your talent.
Owners: Available.
Schedule: Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
Insurance: Group insurance.
Proficiency: In MS Office.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
Experience: At least three (3) to four (4) years in a similar position.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.
Traits: Empathetic and friendly, customer service-oriented, responsible, open to change.
Skills: Initiative and strong organizational skills.
Membership: Ideally, a CHRA member.
