Job Description Our O&G client is looking for a Senior ETRM Business Systems Analyst for a 1 year contract in Calgary AB.
Reporting to ETRM IT Product Manager you will deliver:
- Tier 3 support, solution and technical requirements, operational tasks, testing, incident management, upgrades and patch execution, test plans, operational support manuals.
- Provide Application solution requirements, to define and support the design, build and operations of application functionality.
- Interface with partners and vendors for development and support or applications

Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with IT in the Energy Trading and Risk
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting trade capture and ETRM systems such as Allegro,Right Angle, Egistix
- Minimum 3 years direct experience in application support, application development or application configuration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a tier 3 service role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in collaborating with external Application Managed Service providers.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting critical systems on Linux and Microsoft platforms
- Working knowledge of system development using Java, C# .NET/CORE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting systems on Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Effective negotiation skills, able to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinions
- Strong team player
