Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Showroom Manager located in Concord, ON. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service and experiences. The Showroom Manager will also be responsible for sales and managing the showroom.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Sales and Showroom management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of natural stone, porcelain, and quartz surfaces is a plus
Experience in the home renovation or construction industry is a plus
