Description du poste : Le responsable des applications sera chargé de superviser la pile technologique LabVantage et Empower, en veillant au bon fonctionnement, à la conformité et à l'optimisation des systèmes de gestion des données de laboratoire. Ce rôle est essentiel pour maintenir l'intégrité des données, améliorer l'efficacité et faciliter la conformité réglementaire dans un environnement de laboratoire réglementé.
Principales responsabilités :
1. Gestion des systèmes LabVantage et Empower :
- Superviser et maintenir les systèmes LabVantage et Empower, en garantissant des performances optimales, l'intégrité des données et la conformité aux normes et réglementations du secteur.
- Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques pour dépanner et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à LabVantage et Empower.
- Coordonner et mettre en œuvre les mises à jour, les correctifs et les mises à niveau des systèmes tout en réduisant au minimum les perturbations opérationnelles.
2. Gestion des tests de régression :
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans complets de tests de régression pour les mises à jour de LabVantage et d'Empower afin de garantir la stabilité des systèmes.
- Identifier et documenter les cas de test, exécuter les tests et gérer les données de test afin de valider les changements apportés au système.
- Examiner et signaler tout problème ou défaut aux équipes de développement.
3. Gestion des versions :
- Diriger le processus de gestion des versions pour LabVantage et Empower dans un environnement intégré.
- Coordonner avec les parties prenantes la planification et la programmation des versions du système.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les modifications soient documentées, validées et conformes aux exigences réglementaires.
- Surveiller et soutenir le déploiement des versions tout en minimisant les perturbations opérationnelles.
4. Analyse du système et cartographie des processus opérationnels :
- Analyser les processus opérationnels et les flux de travail pour comprendre leur alignement avec les fonctionnalités prises en charge par LabVantage et Empower.
- Cartographier les processus opérationnels pris en charge dans les systèmes et identifier les domaines susceptibles d'être améliorés ou optimisés.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir les exigences et personnaliser les configurations du système afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Documenter les configurations du système, les personnalisations et les cartographies des processus d'entreprise à des fins de référence et de formation.
5. Conformité à l'environnement réglementé :
- Veiller à ce que les systèmes LabVantage et Empower respectent les exigences réglementaires, telles que celles de la FDA, de la GxP et d'autres normes pertinentes.
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des procédures pour garantir l'intégrité des données et la fonctionnalité de la piste d'audit.
- Aider à la préparation de la documentation pour les inspections et les audits réglementaires.
Expérience souhaitée :
- Une expérience de LabVantage et/ou d'Empower est vivement souhaitée.
- Expérience de l'action dans un environnement multifournisseur.
- Connaissance des opérations de laboratoire, du contrôle de la qualité et de la conformité réglementaire dans un environnement réglementé.
- Connaissance des normes GxP, de la FDA 21 CFR Part 11 et d'autres normes et réglementations spécifiques à l'industrie.
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projet, de leadership et d'analyse des systèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent (par exemple, informatique, sciences de la vie, ingénierie).
- Forte compréhension des cycles de développement de logiciels, des méthodologies de test et de la gestion des versions.
- Expérience en matière de conformité réglementaire et de systèmes de gestion de la qualité.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Expérience avérée de la gestion de systèmes LIMS, en particulier LabVantage et Empower, dans un environnement de laboratoire réglementé.
- Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
