Product Owner - Website

The Product Owner – Website will spearhead the development and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Websites and e-commerce platform. We seek an ideal candidate equipped with robust stakeholder management abilities, adeptness in agile methodologies, superb communication skills, and a fervent drive for delivering groundbreaking solutions that cater to customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product development lifecycle for our Website and e-commerce platform, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Actively Engage with users of the product to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities to shape new platform features and improvements.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Create and maintain product roadmap, backlog, release, and communication plans.
  • Communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, development teams, and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and issues.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Ability to actively engage with users and stakeholders, gather feedback, and build consensus.
  • Team player and leader capable of bringing people together toward a common goal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with e-commerce, CMS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication in French and English and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.
