Job Description:


Your job:

• Act as product owner (Product Owner / PO – according to the Scrum/Agile methodology) in complex projects transposing into functionalities

• Be responsible for initiative delivery and contribute to the achievement of the solutions development roadmap

• Cut and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, which includes: Building and managing the product backlog that allows to achieve the business vision AND prioritize the MVP (minimum viable product) to the delivery team based on business value

• Accompany and support adaptation to changes, obtain support from others and manage resistance to change

• Continually make improvements and fixes to the product in order to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.

Your team :

Within the Digital Customer Experience sector, you are part of a team made up of 13 colleagues whose profiles are divided between digital business analyst and digital product owner, working in startup mode in an agile delivery mode.


Prerequisites:

• Experience in delivering solutions as a “Product Owner” (P.O.) of at least 5 years, ideally in a financial service (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.)

• Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and to deliver without having all the specifications

• Great ease in evolving in a complex technological universe in perpetual transformation

• Ability to organize/lead workshops

• Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, Productmap, etc.)

• Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools.
