*Responsibilities:*
* Provide guests with personalized shopping experiences and exceptional customer service
* Utilize Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
* Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets

*Requirements:*

* Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales goals
* Experience with meeting sales targets is an asset
* Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
