About the role

Adecco is hiring a Talent Strategist for one of our local branches. With a focus on creating an exceptional customer and candidate experience, you will maximize the sales and growth of Adecco’s solutions through prioritized sales, customer service and recruitment activities. You will sell new business and expand business with existing clients by increasing wallet share, reducing associate attrition, and fostering associate re-employment.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and in-office. Candidates must be able to commute to our local office for training and required ongoing weekly in-office tasks.

What you’ll be doing
  • Contributing to business unit success by pro-actively developing new business opportunities and generating sales leads through recruitment activities.
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and negotiating pay rates and terms with clients.
  • Networking extensively in the marketplace to increase brand awareness and ensure access to local talent.
  • Filling client orders efficiently through screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Maintaining retention of individual clients while maximizing fill rate and ensuring high NPS scores.
  • Providing associates with feedback, coaching, and counseling for successful on-the-job performance.
  • Maintaining accurate client and candidate documentation utilizing Adecco technology.
About you

  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience.
  • Experience in the Human Resources solutions industry is an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skilled in networking and lead generation.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven high levels of customer service performance.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
