Lead Management

  • Find and address new leads for TRUMPF Machine Tools.
  • Qualify the leads in order to guarantee the highest possible success.
  • Ensure timely follow ups of all leads.
  • Key User for the TRUMPF sales software.
  • Ensure data maintenance and accuracy in the system (Leads, Opportunities, Activities).
  • Build a network including the machine sales managers, product management at TUS and other relevant departments
  • Constantly improve technical knowledge of the TRUMPF products.

Project Coordination

  • Support Management with analysis regarding the market and business development.
  • Provide KPI’s on a regular basis.
  • Support implementation of key projects and provide project updates for Management upon request.
  • Support Management with information for the quarterly and yearly MT forecasts.

Marketing

  • Plan and execute regular events in cooperation with the Managing Director and the Head of Sales.
  • Ensure perfectly coordinated customer events (including an annual marketing schedule)
  • Help organizing internal and external events.

Experience

Three years experience in a sales related position is preferred. Excellent communication skills are required.

Must be organized and have the ability to work independently.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Certification or Diploma or similar equivalent education and work experience.
