Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead a team focused on collections activities
• Oversee and streamline the collections process across offices
• Conduct reviews of accounts overdue and implement action plans
• Address complex collection matters and disputed invoices
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in collections, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
• Experience leading teams in a professional services environment
• Knowledge of cash application processes
• Adept with financial software such as Aderant
• Advanced skills in Excel and related applications Utilize your leadership and analytical skills to enhance collections at DWF Group, supporting innovative financial solutions.
