Key Responsibilities
• Lead pre-shift safety meetings and communicate hazards
• Supervise field maintenance and resolve equipment issues
• Coordinate with planning and operations teams for optimal execution
• Manage work orders in SAP/CMMS systems
• Provide leadership in the field and reinforce safety practices
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a mining or maintenance supervisory role
• Valid Red Seal and BC Mine Supervisor Ticket
• Strong experience with mobile fleet vehicles
• Familiarity with OEM equipment like Caterpillar and Kenworth
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills Drive mobile maintenance operations and foster a safety-first culture at Newmont's Red Chris Mine.
