Key Responsibilities
• Oversee on-site construction inspections for projects
• Evaluate third-party submittals and reports
• Draft technical reports and prepare tender proposals
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior engineering talent
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Eligibility for P.
Eng. or C.
E.
T. registration
• At least 5 years of relevant project delivery experience
• Familiarity with local construction standards
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and travel readiness Contribute to McElhanney’s commitment to high-quality project delivery and team excellence.
