Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and regulations
• Lead staff training and development initiatives
• Act as a liaison for interdisciplinary care teams
• Oversee medication management auditing processes
• Complete RAI-MDS and other required assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Active registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Certification in Basic Life Support
• Proven supervisory and management experience Foster quality care and compliance as a Clinical Coordinator at Extendicare Guildwood.
