Interior Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a Relief part-time role in the Oncology team at Kelowna General Hospital. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing care plans, working directly with clients and families, and contributing to interdisciplinary discussions. This position allows you to foster therapeutic relationships and ensure quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical expertise and leadership in patient care
• Implement and modify health care treatment plans as needed
• Involve clients and families in decision-making processes
• Collaborate with colleagues for enhanced care delivery
• Participate in health care referral planning and conferencing
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a license in British Columbia
• Relevant nursing experience, especially in Oncology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work varied shifts on a part-time basis
• Dedication to patient-centered, inclusive care Contribute to meaningful patient outcomes as a valued member of the Oncology team at Interior Health.
