Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily repairs and maintenance on various building systems
• Ensure ongoing safety through routine inspections and documentation
• Assist with cleaning and turnover of suites for residents
• Monitor operational systems and implement improvements
• Manage vendor work and uphold property standards
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience required
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed
• Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
