Key Responsibilities
• Lead the site’s preventative maintenance program
• Plan and execute grounds and equipment maintenance
• Prioritize emergency repairs and major projects
• Coordinate contractors to ensure work specifications
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues
Requirements:
• Several years of recent maintenance experience
• Facility management experience preferred
• Journeyperson certificate in building maintenance is an asset
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
