In this impactful role, your expertise in career development will help participants navigate their journeys toward meaningful employment. You'll lead interactive Learning Labs aimed at strengthening confidence and cultivating independence. Collaborating with families and community partners, you will ensure that individuals receive tailored support designed to match their unique skills and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement engaging and participant-focused Learning Labs
• Create hands-on job experiences and service projects
• Assist in developing personalized Skill Development Plans
• Facilitate career exploration through job shadows
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• Experienced in community programming and career development
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Resourceful with adaptive problem-solving abilities
• Organized and detail-oriented in documentation
• Strong belief in the potential of every individual Support meaningful change and growth in the lives of DASCH participants.
