The Opportunity

We're partnering with a high-performing real estate investment firm in Downtown Toronto that is looking to add a polished, ambitious Analyst to their Asset Management team. What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of three years of progressive experience within commercial real estate, ideally in asset management, acquisitions, investments, valuation, or financial analysis
  • A strong academic record and a degree from a well-regarded university in Commerce, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on ARGUS experience is required
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • A solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including leasing, valuations, cash flow analysis, financing, and asset performance
  • The ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate meaningful insights
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills
