Coordination of R&D Projects
Portfolio Monitoring
R&D Traceability, Documentation, and Funding
Test Execution and Data Extraction
Hands-on experience with structured development processes: Stage-Gate, APQP, phase-gate, or equivalent
Ability to assess the adequacy of a test plan
Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
Ability to make fact-based decisions and push back when necessary
Comfortable working with clients and complex situations
Strong skills in test data, advanced spreadsheets, and descriptive statistics
3–7 years of experience
Background in Mechanical Engineering, Automated Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Senior technologists with experience in testing or technical documentation are also welcome
Able to stand their ground, even with senior stakeholders or under client pressure
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Experience with SR&ED documentation or R&D funding programs
Knowledge of the sports and/or protective equipment industry
Experience in a SME, startup, or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of additive manufacturing
Familiarity with CSA, ASTM, EN, or NOCSAE standards
Basic Python scripting for data processing
