The Opportunity
Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to lead sales growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with our dealer network and end users. This role is based in Quebec and comes with a company vehicle, as the majority of your time will be spent on the road visiting farms, ranches, and retail partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute an approved annual regional sales plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers/ranchers.
- Conduct on-farm/ranch consultations and product demonstrations.
- Provide in-store merchandising support including displays and POP materials.
- Deliver expert troubleshooting and product recommendations to end users and dealers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the territory to maximize growth potential.
- Use CRM tools to plan, track, and report on activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A strong interest in agriculture with a solid understanding of farm and ranch operations
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a field‑based role and engaging directly with customers
- Confidence presenting and demonstrating products in one‑on‑one and group settings
- A consultative approach to identifying needs, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions
- Proficiency using CRM and other technology tools to manage territory activity
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including frequent overnight travel
- Prior territory management experience within the agricultural marketplace
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales growth targets

Vos responsabilités
- Mettre en œuvre un plan de vente régional annuel approuvé.
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les distributeurs et les agriculteurs/éleveurs.
- Effectuer des consultations et des démonstrations de produits directement dans les exploitations agricoles.
- Assurer le soutien au marchandisage en magasin, notamment la mise en place des présentoirs et du matériel PLV.
- Fournir un soutien technique expert et des recommandations de produits aux utilisateurs finaux et aux distributeurs.
- Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles occasions de vente.
- Se déplacer fréquemment (jusqu'à 75 % d
